This Privacy Policy explains how InstaBuild (“InstaBuild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Tula Infra, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the InstaBuild mobile application and related services (the “App”) to order construction materials, hire trucks, and track deliveries.
1. Information We Collect
Account & Profile Information
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Business/site details, if provided
- Delivery site addresses saved to your account
Order & Payment Information
- Order history, materials ordered, and quantities
- Payment status and transaction records (payments are processed by our third-party payment providers — we do not store your full card or bank details)
Location Information
- Delivery site coordinates, used to match you with vendor sites in your coverage area and to route deliveries
- Live trip location, so you can track your order’s driver in real time while a delivery is active
Device & Usage Information
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- App usage and diagnostic data, to help us fix issues and improve performance
- Push notification tokens, to send order and payment updates
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your material orders and truck bookings
- To match you with available vendors/suppliers in your delivery area
- To calculate order and trip costs, and process payments
- To provide live order and delivery tracking
- To send order confirmations, payment reminders, and delivery status notifications
- To provide customer support
- To improve app performance, security, and reliability
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the service:
- Delivery partners/drivers — your site address and order details, so deliveries can be completed
- Vendors/suppliers — order details necessary to fulfill your material order
- Payment processors — transaction data necessary to complete payments
- Service providers — such as cloud hosting, maps, and notification services, under confidentiality obligations
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of InstaBuild, our users, or the public
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
5. Your Choices & Rights
- You can review and update your profile information within the app
- You can disable location permissions in your device settings, though this may limit delivery tracking and material availability features
- You can disable push notifications in your device settings
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us below
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
InstaBuild is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your InstaBuild account and associated personal data at any time.
Option A: Delete In-App (Recommended)
- Open the InstaBuild app and log in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Enter your password to confirm
- Tap Delete — your account is deleted immediately
Option B: Request Deletion Online
If you no longer have access to the app, email [email protected] from your registered email address (or call +91 91540 48554) with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within [X] business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile, login credentials, and saved site addresses
- Saved payment methods on file
- Device push notification tokens
What May Be Retained, and Why
- Order and transaction records may be retained for [retention period, e.g. 7 years] as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes
- Information already shared with vendors/delivery partners to fulfill a completed order is not retroactively deleted from their own records

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, through in-app notice.
